11:30 am-12:30 pm: Loft/Commons (room reset), Lunch on your own; Table discussion

Hour long breakout sessions: 12:45-1:45 pm, 2-3 pm, 3:15-4:15 pm

4:15-4:30 pm: Loft/Commons (room reset), Break, Table discussion

4:45-6 pm: Sunflower Room, iRest (Yoga Nidra)
